Gypsy Vanner Stallion - Clononeen Ard Ri

Clononeen Ard Ri is a chestnut Gypsy Vanner stallion standing just under 15.3 hands and homozygous for the tobiano gene. He was imported to the U.S. from the Clononeen Farm in Durrow, Ireland in the summer of 2003. Here in the U.S., Ard Ri is training at first level dressage, and has been shown in halter classes and exhibited at breed expos.

Ard Ri has sired many gorgeous purebred and Drum foals, consistently passing along his calm and level-headed nature.  But in late 2007, Ard Ri was gelded, due to a testicular injury.  Sadly, this means that a very limited number of this fabulous stallion's foals will be born in 2008.  (One of them will be a homebred Avalon Drum Horse-- see the Foals Page for more information!)

Ard Ri is proudly owned by Gowalty's Balley. Click here for more information on Gypsy Vanner Stallion - Clononeen Ard Ri.
